KEY INITIATIVE: Assemble and Engage a DEI Advisory Panel

PROGRESS MADE:

• Conducted DEI Outreach and Listening Meetings

• Formed a DEI Advisory Panel to: provide guidance to Maury Alliance on programming and communications, help distribute information and opportunities to the entire community, and develop programming for businesses that choose to engage on this topic.

• Established a Minority-Owned Business Group on the Chamber side which has already hosted several mixers and a business pop-up.
